An instore wayfinding system.

E5 Mode is one of Belgiums largest private held fashion retailers, with more than 70 shops. The entire collection is sold under their own brand labels, combining high quality fashion and excellent service at a very affordable price.

Although the shops were recently redesigned, they lacked an efficient wayfinding system guiding customers to the different shop area’s (men, woman, fitting rooms, etc) and there was little information on the displayed products (pricing, product details, promotions, etc).

Based on the client’s briefing and a series of shop visits, we defined the wayfinding needs relevant to the shop visitors. We developed a modular wayfinding system in line with the new shop design and brand concept: modern and elegant with a focus on usability.
